Glens Falls, New York Safety First
Glens Falls, New York has been ranked America’s safest city for the second year in a row.
A recent poll favored small-town Warren County over quaint and quiet towns in Florida, Washington, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and Utah.
In addition to Glens Falls topping the list, another upstate New York city, Kingston, New York, also makes the Top 15 list.
How was Glens Falls chosen?
Rocket Mortgage’s annual report is used as a guide by prospective home buyers who want to learn more about neighborhoods and regions before they move.
The website notes that “safety” is subjective, but the report looked at each U.S. city and found that “a city’s crime rate alone doesn’t necessarily tell you exactly how safe it is to live there.” It doesn’t reflect that,” he said.
