Famous restaurant chains are coming to the Jersey Shore as a new First Watch is planned on Brick.
First Watch is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch only. It has 480 locations in 29 states, 5 of which are in New Jersey.

First Watch joins the new Shake Shack on Brick Commons at the crossroads of Rte. 70 and Chambers Bridge Road At the site of the Santander Bank.
First Watch’s menu features a variety of breakfast dishes, including omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast, and breakfast sandwiches. Brunch options include avocado toast, huevos rancheros, and breakfast burritos. First Watch serves salads, sandwiches, bowls and wraps for lunch. There is also a kids menu and a gluten-free menu.

“Since opening our first restaurant in New Jersey in Union four years ago, First Watch has seen the reaction of our customers to breakfast, brunch and lunch, and we can’t wait to bring that experience to even more Brick neighborhoods next year,” said First Watch’s vice president of operations Robert Botelho in a statement.

According to Patch.com, Urban Edge Properties has received approval to demolish the bank and build two restaurants.
“Brick Commons is a high-traffic destination very close to our Jersey Shore beach destinations,” said Justin Lustig, vice president of leasing for Urban Edge Properties.
