The four vacant lots could be occupied by six two-story buildings for commercial use. Buffalo Bungalow’s Anchor Real Estate Development is proposing projects for vacant lots at 936 and 966 Exchange Streets near Larkin and 935 and 945 Seneca Streets east of Smith Street. Each building will have an area of 1,008 square feet.
