Camillus, NY — Rachel’s Mediterranean Grill, a Buffalo-based chain with more than a dozen locations in western New York, has opened its first location in central New York.
Rachel’s is now open at 3514 W. Genesee St. across from Fairmount Fair Shopping Plaza in Camillus. It’s been running for a few weeks, and today we’re having our ‘Grand Opening’.
Rachel’s is a fast-casual chain specializing in Mediterranean-inspired bowls and wraps. Customers can choose the ingredients, take orders in the open kitchen, and watch the food being prepared.
The chain began ten years ago in the Buffalo suburb of Williamsville and now has nine stores in the Buffalo area and two in the Rochester area. Also in Fort Worth, Texas.
Another Rachel is listed as “coming soon” in Destiny USA in Syracuse. Rachel’s is also considering other locations in central New York, such as the former Friendly’s Restaurant at 3275 Erie Street. DeWitt’s E.
