BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Public Schools announced it will hold a back-to-school recruitment event next weekend.
The recruitment event will be held Saturday, June 10, from 10 am to 2 pm at the Waterfront Elementary School on Fourth Avenue in Buffalo.
“As one of the largest and most diverse urban public school districts, Buffalo Public Schools has more than 60 unique schools and more than 30,000 students in preschool through high school. Thanks to the dedication and professionalism of our staff, BPS is rapidly becoming one of the most attractive and competitive school districts not only in western New York but across the country,” said Superintendent Tonja M. Williams. said in a news release.
Jobs employed by the district include teaching assistants, security guards, school clerks, typists, bus assistants, food service workers, laborers, and accountants.
