In case you didn’t know, the Buffalo Bills are less than a month away from the first kickoff of the new season. Yes, it’s still preseason, but Ellicottville Brewing and his company are showing us what’s going on with brewing Fanzone IPA beers to be finished by game day.
It’s great to see the annual Fanzone IPA line off, but it means more than breaking the standings or possibly winning the Lombardi Trophy in the future. It reveals just how extensive this process is and the peaks of content it contains. That includes 14,000 barrels per year, about 5 million bottles or cans, and nearly enough beer to fill an Olympic-sized swimming pool. It has helped boost the economic vibrancy of the Bills Mafia and western New York.
“It was a real blind spot in Cataraugas County when it came to manufacturing, restaurants and tourism,” said Dan Minnaal, EBC’s brewery operations manager. “It’s great to see new restaurants and breweries bring life to old abandoned buildings. It will bring money back to the community and create jobs for the people here.” It’s great to see.”
Over the past five years, all large-scale production has moved to the Little Valley grounds of the Ellicottville Brewery. New restaurants added at the end of 2022 also helped bring in some of the tourism revenue.
And the money will be channeled to revitalize more local economies. We hope all of this will help inspire some of the most passionate fan bases in all of football. So go to Bills.
