Lindenwald — The Borough of Camden County debuts Rita’s Italian Ice and Frozen Custard.
Lindenwold’s first store, 825 Blackwood Clementon Road, will have a grand opening on Thursday, July 20th.
Starting at 3 p.m., the new store will offer the first 50 customers Rita’s Italian ice cream free for one year.
Additionally, the store will serve guests a small Italian ice cream for $2 and a small gelato for $3 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Rita’s Grand Opening in Lindenwold (Rita’s Italian Ice)
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 4:00 p.m., and local franchisees John and Gus Vanore will donate 20% of the proceeds from the grand opening celebration to the Friends of Clementon Food Pantry. I plan to help families in need.
Friends from Clementon Food Pantry are on site to spread awareness.
Enjoy free prizes from Rita’s prize wheel and a photo opportunity with Rita’s mascot, Ice Guy.
