Work on the new album may be over, but the Godsmack tour isn’t over yet, that’s for sure. The Boston-based band recently announced that a North American tour is on track, as well as touring with Staind and former Beastie Boys DJ Mixmaster Mike this summer. In fact, at a time when tours are getting more and more expensive, they are so on track that they chose to extend it.
Their headliner tour, which will feature support from Atreyu for part of the show and I Prevail for the rest, will begin in Baton Rouge on September 3rd and end in Quebec City on October 22nd. They’ll be touring in support of their latest (and last) record. light up the skywas released on February 24.
