We invite you to the 33rd macedonian festival, is an annual celebration that celebrates the rich heritage of the Macedonian community of Buffalo.This event will be held on July 7thth8th and nineth Located on the grounds of Sts. Cyril & Methody Macedonian Orthodox Church, 4785 Lake Avenue, Blasdell. The festival features traditional Macedonian food, delicious ethnic desserts, live Macedonian music and Macedonian folk dance performances. Experience an ancient culture halfway around the world here at WNY.
Our parishioners will guide guests through Macedonian cultural exhibits and beautiful Orthodox churches, and enjoy ethnic delicacies such as Macedonian-style ‘open pit’ roasted lamb, kebabs, shish kebabs, chicken and cabbage rolls. The beer and wine tent also stocks Macedonian beer and wine. To top off your Macedonian Festival experience, be sure to try homemade baklava and many other Macedonian pastries, cookies and specialties.
The festival is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. Parking is available on the church grounds. Hours are Friday, July 7th from 4pm to midnight.thSaturday, July 8 from noon to midnightth Sunday, July 9, noon to 9:00 p.m.th. The Macedonian Festival is a fun event for the whole family.
