Federal marshals have increased the bounty offered for any information leading to the arrest of escaped inmate Michael Barham.
Police continue to search for Barham. Barham was arrested on suspicion of raping and murdering a woman in Jamestown, New York, then carjacking a couple and deporting them to South Carolina.

Police say the man escaped from prison in Warren County, Pennsylvania, and was last seen around 11:20 p.m. on July 6, wearing a blue denim jacket.
US sheriffs initially offered a $7,500 bounty for any information, but have now increased the bounty to $19,500.
At a recent press conference, police delivered a very direct message to Barham.
Bluham was transferred to Warren County in June, where he was charged with several different charges, including three first-degree felonies. He has two kidnappings and one robbery. He’s also facing changes in New York and South Carolina.
