The PDFA (Professional Discflect Association, formerly known as the Kanjam League) has officially opened registration for the 2023 PDFA Discflect World Championships.
For over 30 years, the organization has hosted world championship tournaments. In its early days, this tournament was invite-only, but now he has two divisions (Amateur and Pro), and anyone can sign up to play.
The tournament will take place on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Flash Fields, 6831 Seneca St, Elma, NY 14059. Team check-in begins at 9am.
“Discflect is a two-player flying disc team sport characterized by throwing and redirecting the disc toward the goal. What distinguishes discflect from other sports is deflecting. Players don’t just throw, they deflect the disc to score points. Scoring can also occur in four unique ways.” – PDFA

The tournament is open to all players, no pre-qualification required. Trophies will be awarded to the top teams in both divisions. In addition, amateurs compete for prizes while professionals compete for cash payouts.
The tournament will feature an event-filled weekend with meetups and practice sessions on Friday, August 4th.th It’s next door to the host hotel and hosts an after party on Saturday nights.
