We started with the Smokey Quest and chips finished with mozzarella, grilled chili and pico de gallo. Really addictive.
Next came Naked, Barbecue, or Buffalo Smoked Wings. I liked the nude version.
My favorite was the refreshing beet salad with baby arugula and sherry vinaigrette.
There was also warm watermelon.
Next came Morgan’s Cobb Salad with grilled chicken, blue cheese, tomatoes, romaine lettuce and house vinaigrette. Perfect for a light lunch.
St. Louis style flatbush ribs with BBQ sauce and coleslaw. Soft and off the bone.
Then there was Morgan’s tasting platter with brisket, pulled pork and potato salad. This smoked meat is juicy and tender.
Wash this down with two refreshing lemonades.
Dessert is exquisite homemade peach pie a la mode
All mode with melting brownie chocolate sauce.
