New York State Police recently asked members of the public to help identify a woman pictured in an alleged bank robbery in the Hudson Valley, about an hour south of Albany.
However, many are puzzled by the methods she used to steal the money.

State Police at Rhinebeck Barracks in New York said she used certain tricks and sleight of hand to distract the teller while fleeing with $350.
“This individual is suspected of stealing $350 using a small trick during a transaction with a bank teller.” State Police, Lineback Barracks

Police said the woman pictured below is wanted on suspicion of theft at Millbrook Bank on Church Street in Pine Plains, New York. Police did not go into details of her sleight of hand, only revealing that she used her “sleight of hand.”
