Filled with an all-new lineup of lanterns, immerse yourself in life-size displays of beautiful flowers, strange underwater creatures, and breathtaking landmarks from around the world. Watch nightly cultural performances on the new performance stage (show times 7pm, 8pm, 9pm), feast on Asian-inspired cuisine, relax with specialty drinks in the beer garden, and shop. Please enjoy. When the sun goes down (and the animals are sleeping at night), the zoo lights up with Zoomagination: A Festival of Lanterns and Lights. This summer, there will be more opportunities to seek brilliance than ever before. Ticket description:
Zoomagination by Five Star Bank: Each ticket to the Buffalo Zoo Lantern and Light Festival includes admission to a self-guided walking tour of the larger-than-life lantern exhibit.
Zoomagination is an immersive event designed to take guests into a world of lanterns and lights. To ensure the best experience, please note the following:
- Our animals are not party animals, they follow a daily routine. All indoor and outdoor exhibits are closed for the duration of the festival.
- A prepaid, non-refundable, non-transferable ticket is required to attend Zoomagination. If the ticket holder is unable to attend, your purchase will be considered a donation. No refunds.
- Children 23 months and under are free, but must have a reserved ticket. Simply select “Under 23 months” for each child who meets the age requirements.
- Buffalo Zoo members receive special member discounts. Please bring a valid Buffalo Zoo membership card and ID to the event. Any member who fails to present a valid Buffalo Zoo membership card and identification will be charged a $5.00 fee per ticket.
- Member level tickets are non-transferable. All tickets purchased must bear the member’s name and a valid Buffalo Zoo membership card and identification must be presented upon entry.
- Non-expired ride tickets can be redeemed at Zoomagination at member prices. Guest pass is invalid in Zoomagination.
- This event will be held rain or shine. Dates and times are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
- Last admission is at 9:45pm.
